Job Description

We are seeking individuals to join our team who have high standards and a desire to positively impact the lives of others. 

Summary: 

The LVN provides recovery focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment (including medications) as prescribed by the physician. The LVN will be working within the context of a team to provide support and linkage to clients referred through the adult Full Service Partnership program. The LVN works collaboratively with the team to assess and link the clients to needed medical services and coordinate all the services that the client receives. The LVN documents all service according to DMH and Penny Lane guidelines.

The LVN is detail oriented, has great client service skills, and is ready to assist the FSP team, including the psychiatrist, as needed. This position is team oriented and the focus is on providing the best experience and care in regards to medications services. The staff in this position must have a good attitude, complete tasks timely and communicate well with their supervisor, colleagues, and clients.

Position Location:  North Hills CA

Salary Range:  $19.00 up to $24.72 hourly

Job Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited LVN or LPT program and current licensure in California are required.
  • Current CPR/BLS certificate is required.
  • Previous experience with population to be served and/or work in a similar program setting is preferred.
  • One (1) year of experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of psychiatric illness, its treatment and knowledge of psychotropic medication is preferred.
  • Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours
