Job Description

Summary: 

Housing Services Program Director's primary role is efficient oversight of the housing services program which includes services offered in transitional, permanent, THP+ FC and other housing projects of which Penny Lane and/or Abbey Road are principals. This will require an intimate understanding of every aspect of contracts related to those projects, fiscal competency and management of those programs and their budgeting and strong interpersonal/supervisory skills. This position reports directly to and is supervised by the Director of Housing Services, an executive level position.


Position Location: North Hills, CA with travel to Antelope Valley and Commerce sites.


Salary Range: $77,520 up to $83,946 per year 

Job Requirements

  • Master's degree in a related field is preferred and one year experience working with homeless individuals and other such populations. Related fields are defined as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration or other degree as approved prior to employment by Housing Director.
  • Or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and three years related experience.
  • Or Bachelor’s degree in an unrelated field and four years of applicable experience of which 2 years must be in a supervisory position.
  • Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours.
