The CTPM Director (Director) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Come Together Property Management (CTPM) a wholly owned subsidiary of Penny Lane Centers.  The Director supervises staff including but not limited to the Operations Manager, Kitchen Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager and Lead Housekeeper.  The Director ensures that systems are in place for all aspects of service delivery, including receiving work orders, providing estimates to potential customers, ensuring quality of service, compliance with licensing/permitting/safety requirements and invoicing customers.  Acts as the CTPM representative for outside meetings and for potential customer.

The ideal candidate is a licensed contractor or formerly licensed contractor with experience in various aspects of project management.  The Director is an energetic self-starter who can function comfortably in a team environment or independently and relates well to co-workers and the general public.  This position requires flexibility and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with little supervision.  The individual in this position must be able to assume a wide range of responsibilities, provide timely responses to requests and deadlines and work well under pressure.

Position Location: North Hills, CA

Salary Range: $89,000.00 up to $100,228.00 per year

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s (BA) degree or a license issued by the California Contractor’s Licensing Board (current or within last 3 years).
  • And a minimum of 3 years experience in one or more of the following areas:  construction, maintenance, project management, real estate, property management. 
  • Knowledge of Project Management, including Budget Management.
  • Valid California driver’s license; current automobile insurance; have and maintain a clean driving record acceptable to the organization’s insurance company; have immediate access to his or her vehicle during work hours
